Jebel Toubkal is the highest mountain in North Africa. It is 4,167 metres tall and is located in the Central High Atlas mountains. The views from the top are amazing and make the difficult climb worth it. Jebel Toubkal is very popular and many people speak highly of it. In summer, this trek is suitable for most fit people, and takes two or three days from Imlil.In winter, when the trails are covered in snow, the climb becomes more challenging and specialist equipment and skills are required. For an exhausting but exhilarating challenge, there are also longer, more difficult Toubkal treks that take around a week to complete.
